This can be planned as a "no donation" event or a fundraiser. Your company should provide the catering for the event. The Festival staff will help prepare and distribute invitations for the event.

Invitations to all public and exclusive Film Music Festival and Chamber Music Society special events during the year.
Venue Sponsor $3,000 for either Prospector Theater or the Egyptian Theater
Sponsor the screenings at either the Prospector Theater or the Egyptian Theater. Both venues will feature screenings and events throughout the 11 days of the Festival.
Your company name and logo will be prominently displayed at the venue you choose to sponsor. For the screenings at the Egyptian Theater, your company name will be displayed above the outdoor marquee.
Your Company will receive a full-page ad in the printed Park City Film Music Festival Program and Screening Schedule and your company, logo and a link to your website will appear on the Sponsor Page of the Festival website for a full year.
Print Sponsor $3000
The official Film Music Festival Program/Screening Schedule will include your full-color advertisement (7.75" x 10.5") on the outside back cover of the program. The printing is handled by festival management.
Your company and logo will be listed on the Sponsor page of the Festival website, including a link back to your webpage.
Awards Sponsor $3000
The 2012 Film Music Festival will be giving out award plaques and certificates to the winners in five categories and the 2012 Distinguished Artist Award to composer Conrad Pope. Your Company will receive a full-page ad in the printed Park City Film Music Festival Program and Screening Schedule and your company, logo and a link to your website will appear on the Sponsor Page of the Festival website for a full year.
Projector Sponsor $2500
Sponsor the purchase of three new Video Projectors at $2500 per projector
The Park City Film Music Festival will be purchasing new projectors for the Prospector and Egyptian Theatre Screening Venues. These donations will provide equipment that can be used for years to come.
Sound System Sponsor $2500
Sponsor the purchase of a new sound system for use at the Prospector Theatre
The projectors and sound systems Prospector Theatre Projector for the Film Music Festival screenings will also be used for the new year round "Dinner and Movie" events.
Swag Sponsor $1000 per type item
Distribute your company promotional gifts (SWAG) at the Film Music Festival venues throughout the Film Music Festival. The Film Music Festival can serve as a showcase for your products. You will be invited to set up a table at the Film Music Festival venues and distribute your promo items throughout the PCFMF.
Lanyard Sponsor $500
All Film Music Festival pass holders, filmmakers, composers, staff and seminar participants will be wearing your name throughout the 11-day Film Music Festival. Most participants will keep their badges and lanyards as souvenirs as well. Lanyard arrangements and costs will be handled by the sponsor (with festival management approval). Your company and logo will be listed on the Sponsor page of the Festival website, including a link back to your webpage.
